1. Slurry Pump cannot start

First, check the power supply: whether the connection of the connector is firm; whether the switch is in close contact; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is missing. If there is an open circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, or phase loss, the cause should be identified and repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, check whether it is a mechanical failure of the pump itself. Common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are jammed and blocked by debris; the pump shaft, bearing, and leakage reduction ring are rusted; the pump shaft is severely bent. Remedy: loosen the packing and dredge the water trough; disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft to correct or replace the new pump shaft.

2. Slurry pump does not rotate

3. Insufficient slurry pump flow

If the impeller or inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, the impeller or pipes can be cleaned. If the impeller is badly worn, it should be replaced. If there is a leak at the filler opening, the filler should be compressed.

The power speed of the slurry pump is not matched or the belt slips, which makes the speed low; the installation angle of the axial pump blade is too small; the head is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend; the suction stroke is too high; the bottom valve, pipeline and Impeller is partially blocked or impeller is defective; water leakage in the outlet pipe is serious. 4. The pump vibrates with noise;

The Slurry Pump Manufacturers puts forward the following five reasons: ① The density of the medium is uneven. The uneven density of the medium causes the pump to vibrate when it is just started.When the pump is turned on normally, the vibration of the pump will disappear.This situation does not need to be dealt with, but before driving, pay attention to evenly blow the medium with high-pressure wind; ②The installation of the pump Not level. The level of the pump body should be checked during installation and operation. ③ There is cavitation, which makes the impeller of the pump unbalanced. The installation height should be reduced, the outlet valve should be adjusted to reduce the inlet resistance. ④The intake air of the suction pipe is uneven. The feeding condition of the pump should be improved, and the uniform stability of the intake air should be strengthened. ⑤ The pump bearing has large clearance. Excessive bearing clearance will cause large vibration of the pump. In the daily operation of the equipment, you should pay attention to the condition of the pump (public number: pump housekeeper), and find that the pump shaft and the motor shaft are not concentric or the bearing damage must be dealt with in time.

5. Slurry pump does not absorb water (no sizing)

There is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the irrigation water is not full, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly. Remedy: first press up the water, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is any air leakage in the pipelines and joints. If air leakage is found, apply lubricant or blending paint to the joints after disassembly and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace it with new parts if it is severely worn. The pipeline is leaking water or air. The nut may not be tightened tightly during installation.

If the leakage is not serious, cement can be applied to the air leak or water leak, or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil. For temporary repairs, apply some wet mud or soft soap. If there is water leakage at the joint, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut. If the water leakage is serious, you must reassemble and replace the cracked pipe; reduce the head, and press the nozzle of the pump into the water for 0.5m.

6. Leakage at the packing

If the axis is different from the feed box, the main reason is that the processing error is large and the installation is incorrect. Should pay attention to check whether the installation is correct after installation. If the sealing water ring is seriously worn, a new water ring needs to be replaced. If the sealing water pipe is blocked, the sealing water cannot enter the middle of the packing, which causes the packing to wear out quickly, resulting in leakage. The blocked water pipes should be dredged to keep the sealing water clean.

7. The slurry pump heats up

Reasons: bearing damage; the gap between the rolling bearing of the slurry pump or the bracket cover is too small; the pump shaft is bent or the two shafts are not concentric; the tape is too tight; the oil shortage or the oil quality is not good; the balance hole on the impeller is blocked, and the impeller is out of balance and increases Big thrust to the side. Remedy: replace the bearing; remove the back cover, install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; properly loosen the tightness of the tape; add clean butter, butter accounts for the bearing About 60% of the internal gap; remove the blockage in the balance hole.
