The technicians should check the parts prone to leakage according to their own practical experience, and carry out inspection and maintenance work. Leakage generally occurs on parts such as manual cranking. If no abnormality is found in this regard, it can be judged that it is due to a malfunction of the static ring seal O-ring.


Another situation is the obvious leakage problem. During the operation of the centrifugal pump, the equipment leakage problem is serious, causing the production system to fail to operate normally. When static leakage occurs, technicians should consider whether the friction pair is normal. Once the friction pair is damaged and loses balance, the entire centrifugal pump will not work normally, which will cause friction between the machines and scratches.
